4. Customer Responsibilities

Supervise your dog at all times while using our facilities. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog and disposing of waste in the provided bins.

Use the equipment and facilities responsibly. You are liable for any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or other property due to misuse or negligence.

Follow all posted guidelines for the safe use of our washing and grooming stations.

If you require assistance, ask a staff member. We are happy to provide guidance, but you are responsible for completing the grooming or washing process.
5. Health and Safety

You must not use our facilities if your dog has any contagious or infectious health issues.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog showing signs of aggression, illness, or discomfort.

If your dog requires assistance during the grooming or washing process, you are solely responsible for providing that help.

Customers must follow all safety protocols, including using the appropriate leashes, collars, and restraints when necessary.
6. Liability

You acknowledge and agree that PupScrub is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to injuries sustained by your dog, yourself, or any other person on the premises.

We are not responsible for any damage to personal items brought into our facility.

You agree to indemnify and hold PupScrub, its staff, and agents harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your use of our services.
